Barbara Zimmermann joined MORSCO in 2017 as Vice President, Talent Management. Prior to joining MORSCO, she held senior-level talent management positions with responsibilities in all aspects of talent management including talent strategy, learning and development, workforce analytics, performance management, cultural transformation and talent acquisition. Her past experience and expertise in the automotive and retail industries has given her a strong understanding of critical organizational issues and a solid foundation for building performance enhancing systems that support the business objectives. Barbara holds a B.S. degree in human resources and an M.S. degree in organizational management.
