eCommerce Customer Support Manager – Fort Worth, TX (Corporate)

MORSCO is looking for a customer-focused and organized team player to support eCommerce. This position manages and responds to eCommerce field and customer support level 3 issues. This individual captures eCommerce issues not resolved by level 1 or 2 personnel, then triages such issues to determine priority, defects and/or enhancement requests according to prioritization and escalation guidelines. This position will also report eCommerce support stats, help standardize methods and continuously improve service results. Communicating with all relevant parties through closure of the issues is paramount for this role. The right candidate relies on their experience, expertise and judgment to investigate issues and determine the proper path to closure.

Warehouse Manager – Grand Prairie, TX (BR 80)

A successful Warehouse Manager would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse operations. This person should have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relation skills.

Inventory Services Analyst – Product File Team (Ft Worth, TX Corporate)

A successful Inventory Services Analyst must be analytical and detail-oriented and be able to provide excellent customer service to the branch managers and salespeople. The person must be strong at understanding product pricing and data and be able to learn and understand the tools needed to update the system.
