Coordinate and facilitate all showroom administrative duties


  • Input as well as update project quotations
  • Coordinate product orders, delivery and installation
  • Prepare project submittals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and manufacturers reps
  • Schedule customer service calls
  • Maintain current product and systems knowledge
  • Participate in product knowledge meetings and staff meetings
  • Support efforts of outside sales associates
  • Assist with timely communication between the consultant and customer
  • Aid in follow up calls on outstanding quotes
  • Order replacement parts for customers
